Here is what we have been up to for the last few days, making a strawberry garden. It doesn't look that great now, but wait until my plants start to grow. I ordered my plants from Nourse Farms, we had a friend last year that got her plants from there and she had the most great tasting and beautiful strawberries. I ordered in January, Annapolis, Cavendish, Evie 2 and Mesabi. I hope to have good luck with the plants and I will keep you updated. I plan on getting some straw from a farmer near by, to cover the ground, that should keep the moisture in. This is the first time I planted strawberries, if anyone has some good growing suggestions, please leave a comment and let me know.
Oh, I used my Garden Tote to carry my gardening supplies.
Also, next to my strawberry garden, my beautiful goose decided to make a nest. She has been working on it for a couple of days now and she is sitting on 1 egg. I hope to get some babies!
