I want to thank everyone for their prayers, my Mom is doing great! I plan on having a Birthday Party for her in the next couple of weeks.
I love eggplant and this year I have many in the garden, I found this recipe on the Internet for Grilled Eggplant Parmesan. It is delicious, this is the second time making it and I love it. I also, steamed some spaghetti squash and I just topped it with a little butter.
Mmmm, so good!
This is a tote that I made for my Aunt; she lives in Illinois and travels to her summer home, here in Upper Michigan.
This would be a great gift for anyone, to let them know you are always thinking of them, with giving them a special tote and pendant.
Thursday my Mom is going to have heart surgery, to everyone that reads this, please say a prayer for her, it will be greatly appreciated.
