We had some friends over last night and they were talking about making bread in a jar. I had never heard of it before, so today I made some banana bread in a jar and it turned out great. All my jars sealed, it was very easy to make and the bread will keep up to one year. Here is where I got the recipe, Bread in a Jar. I'm going to make the pumpkin bread next!
